Black & Red Scallop Fringe Banner

A scallop fringe banner in shiny red layered over black, 68 inches wide with ten inches of metallic fringe hanging off a double-scalloped edge. Fringe backdrops are the fastest way to make a plain wall look deliberate, and black and red is the palette that reads expensive rather than childish.

Unlike a full fringe curtain, a scallop banner covers a strip of wall rather than the whole height of it, which makes it the right call above a bar, a dessert table, or a booth where a floor-length panel would be in the way. A 24 inch ribbon at each end ties to a mantel, a curtain rod, two pushpins, or the back of a bar cart.

Two layers give it real depth, so it throws shadow instead of hanging flat.

Perfect for: bachelorette parties, casino nights, 21st and 30th birthdays, Valentine parties, cocktail parties, and photo backdrops.

Pair it with more party banners and garlands.
