Pink Striped Ceramic Lidded Jar

A ceramic jar with a lid is the rare decorative object that also does a job, and this one is painted in bold pink and white stripes borrowed from a circus big top. The teardrop silhouette swells at the shoulder and tapers to a narrow base, finished with a pointed lid that lifts off. Every stripe is painted by hand in Oklahoma before firing, and the finished glaze is food and water safe, so it works as a cookie jar or candy canister as readily as a shelf piece.

Perfect for: kitchen counter storage, cookie and candy jars, birthday party dessert tables, housewarming gifts, bathroom counter storage, and open shelving.

Small stands 7.5 inches tall with the lid on and holds small items; medium stands 11.5 inches and takes a full arrangement of stems with the lid set aside.

Pair it with the gingham planter for a counter that mixes two patterns in one palette.
